The interactive telephone:
The system of voice inquiry about the principality incoming and outgoing requests through the number 4118844 through the interactive voice response (IVR) of the automatic voice answering machine. The caller can inquire about the requests by referring to the number of the incoming request register.
The requests could be inquired by calling 4118844 and from outside the kingdom of Saudi Arabia 0096614118844 and this through the interactive voice response systems of the automatic voice answering machine as:
-         The systems respond and the response is immediate.
-         The response is done with high level of privacy.
There is a possibility to inquire about the requests registered in Riyadh region principality from 1416H till now.
 
To inquire through the interactive telephone service:
 
1-     Calling 4118844 or 014118844 from outside Riyadh region and calling 0096614118844 from outside kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2-     After the welcoming message, the symbol of the incoming request is entered. It could be general, from special office, telegram, from public relations, or petition. The request symbol is sent as follows:
-         Symbol (1) general request: the requests coming to Riyadh principality from the governmental and civil authorities through mail or correspondents. It includes about 75% of the principality incoming requests.
-         Symbol (5) special request: the requests coming to the private office of his highness prince and his highness deputy through mail or correspondents.
-         Symbol (4) telegram: the requests coming to Riyadh principality through fax or telex and including the citizens telegrams which are directed to his highness the prince or his deputy.
-         Symbol (8) public relations: it represent the public relations and it is concerned with the requests submitted to his highness the prince and his deputy. It includes what is discussed in the region council.
-         Symbol (2) petitions: it represent the petitions which submitted directly from the citizens to his highness prince or his deputy.
3-     After that, entering the hijri year of the incoming request like 1423H.
4-     After that, entering the incoming request number (request register) then symbol #. The system will repeat the request number in audio mode. If you want to confirm the number, press 1 or press 2 to reenter the request number once again.
5-     Then you will be informed about the issuance number of the inquired request (in case of its issuance) with its issuance number and its destination.
