The interactive mobile:
The interactive mobile service allows the user to get the information through short mobile messages as the information systems in the principality respond and then send the request information in the case of its issuance directly to the sending mobile number.
The service advantages:
- The requests could be inquired about by sending the request number to number 5225 and the response is sent in short mobile message.
- The systems response and their response is immediate.
- The response is done with a high degree of privacy.
It is possible to inquire about the requests registered in Riyadh principality from 1416H till now.
The steps of inquiring through the interactive mobile service:
1- Writing the incoming request number which is the request record number that is registered when it comes to Riyadh principality followed by the request type symbol and then the request incoming year as shown in the following figure:
2- The incoming request could be general request, or from special office, or telegram, or from public relations, or petition. The request symbol is sent as follows:
- Symbol (G) general request: the requests coming to Riyadh principality from the governmental and civil authorities through mail or correspondents. It includes about 75% of the principality incoming requests.
- Symbol (S) special request: the requests coming to the private office of his highness prince and his highness deputy through mail or correspondents.
- Symbol (T) telegram: the requests coming to Riyadh principality through fax or telex and including the citizens telegrams which are directed to his highness the prince or his deputy.
- Symbol (R) public relations: it represents the public relations and it is concerned with the requests submitted to his highness the prince and his deputy. It includes what is discussed in the region council.
- Symbol (P) petitions: it represent the petitions which submitted directly from the citizens to his highness prince or his deputy.
3- The request incoming date is recorded in hijri year like 1423H to be able to inquire about requests in the previous years.Important remark:
If the request arrives in the current year, it is not necessary to write the request year. It is enough to send the request number and the incoming request type. This means that if the request type is not recorded in the message, it will be considered general request as shown in the following figure:
If the request is general and arrived at the principality in the current year, it is enough to send the incoming request number as shown in the following figure
4- The request is sent to number 5225 and then you should wait for 30 to 60 seconds.
5- If the request is issued, you will be notified about the outgoing number of the request you inquire about, its issuance date, and the outgoing party.
6- If the request is not issued, you will be notified of the request arrival date to Riyadh principality. Also, the inquirer will be notified with a short mobile message when the request is issued.
