The Region's Prince
The Region's Prince is the Administrative President and represents the Government in Riyadh Region. He is
administratively related to HRH the Minister of Interior and is the highest official in the Region.
Duties:
- Maintain security and provide social and health services in the Region by coordinating with other Governmental Organisations.
- Monitor the Emirate activities and issue related decisions, and ensure the services provided to citizens are effective
- Issue directives to concerned organisations in the Emirate within his sphere of responsibilities
- Define duties for the Emirate officials and employees according to the statutory regulations
- Be responsible for the duties assigned to him by the Ministry of Interior
- Ensure accuracy of procedures executed by officials in the Emirate and its Governorates according to the Kingdom's policies
