Duties
- Assist the regional Prince in carrying out the Emirate responsibilities
- Monitor and execute the Emirate's daily activities within his authority
- Define policies within his authority
- Receive reports and suggestions regarding the Emirate activities and development plans
- Submit periodic reports to the regional Prince regarding the Emirates activities, projects and plans
Deputy Office

Aim
Organise the Deputy's activities, and act as a link between the Deputy's Administrations and the regional Prince's Administrations.
Duties
- Receive from various sources documents and reports and channel them to the Deputy
- Submit documents to the concerned organisations according to the Deputy directives
- Arrange the Deputy's meetings and visits
- Archive the office documents for future references
- Carry out secretarial work
- Submit periodic reports to officials on the office activities
Emirate Deputy Assistant
Organisational Location
Related to the Emirate Deputy
Aim
Monitor the General Administration of Rights and General Administration of Regional Services
Duties
- Issue instructions to his Administrations and direct the Emirate daily functions
- Monitor the General Administration of Rights and the General Administration of Regional Services
- Suggest and define policies to be approved by higher authorities, and contribute in achieving the Emirate main objectives
- Monitor and receive annual reports from managers of Administrations
- Represent the Emirate Deputy in his absence according to the authorities granted to him by the Emirate Deputy
- Submit an annual report to the Emirate Deputy on the Emirate's activities, projects and development plans
The Emirate Deputy Assistant of Security Affairs
Organisational Location

Aim
Handle security issues in the region and investigate social and tribal influence on security
Duties
- Collect information to prepare reports and statistics about population traditions, habits, tribal customs and religion beliefs and their influence on security issues
- Monitor issues that disturb internal security in the region such as social, tribal and population activities
- Prepare statistical information on crime and other social problems
- Circulate researches and security reports provided from conferences and committees, and monitor the result of implementing security instructions
- Take actions on confidential security calls according to the directives of the Prince or his representative.
- Prepare researches about the influence of foreign community on traditions, social behaviour and environment
- Contribute in conferences, symposiums and meetings to coordinate between security related authorities and criminal investigation
- Archive researches and reports on crime enforcement issued by police conferences and International Organisations
- Finalise procedures for weapon licensing and announcements for lost weapons
- Handle cases related to licensed weapon violations
- Carry out necessary procedures regarding weapons for anonymous owners after ensuring that the weapon was not used in a criminal accident
- Prepare information about weapons and submit them to the concerned committee
- Submit periodic reports to the Prince regarding the Office activities
- Archive the Administration files as reference
- Prepare research documents in coordination with authorities on local crime and define solutions
