Aim
Coordinate planning and organising duties, train and delegate manpower to develop the Emirate and simplify procedures.
Duties
- Prepare a five-year-plan and an annual plan for the Emirate by coordinating with other Organisations
- Monitor and evaluate plans periodically
- Collect and classify the Emirate statistical information and provide guidance to the concerned Administrations
- Provide awareness to employees regarding planning importance
- Evaluate manpower technically and administratively (citizens and expatriates)
- Review and analyse the Emirate work, and define the administrative obstacles to provide solutions
- Improve performance in the Emirate and develop procedures
- Review applicable forms in the Emirate and design required forms
- Analyse administrative obstacles and suggest appropriate solutions
- Define training requirements and contribute in executing training and scholarship programs
- Coordinate with the General Administration of Organising and Programs in the Ministry of Interior to implement the mentioned above and unify governmental procedures
- Examine the ability to utilise modern office equipments and recommend appropriate ones
- Review requests to establish new positions in the Emirate Departments and evaluate them according to necessities
- Prepare a list of the Emirate Administrations specialties
- Submit periodic reports to the Emirate Deputy regarding the Emirate activities
