Aim
Handle all local issues Duties
  • Monitor prices and submit reports and suggestions regarding them
  • Review applications regarding aid requests for individuals, charity institutes and establishments, and finalise their procedures
  • Submit periodic reports to the officials on the Administration activities
  • Manage cases related to personal damage and natural disasters
  • Finalise procedures of the following issues:
    • Requests for individual and community commitments
    • Requests for reimbursements
    • Requests to maintain security and protection in necessary areas
    • Requests to facilitate duties of committees formed to review disagreement cases
    • Requests to make wanted individuals available
    • Issues related to stray cattle and the damage they cause
    • Trespassing of individuals on public property
    • Environmental health, hunt license, graveyards and beggary control
    • Orphanages
    • Lost possessions
    • Deal with issues related to commercial licenses and preventing expatriates to practice commerce
    • Manage religion-related issues
Local Services Development Administration
Organisational Location

Related to the General Administration of Regional Services

Aim
Coordinate between governmental organisations that provide their services to the region

Duties
  • Organise meetings between the governmental representatives and the Regional Prince
  • Coordinate between administrations responsible for projects execution to ensure that there is no duplication of work
  • Monitor distribution of approved projects in the region
  • Review applications to establish electric facilities and charity organisations
  • Collect statistical information to prepare economic and social development plans
  • Submit reports to the direct manager on targets achieved in the region
  • Assist governmental administrations in preparing plans of projects required in each region and define priorities
  • Submit periodic reports to the officials regarding the Administration activities

Aim
  • Monitor health, educational, agricultural and social services provided by the Public Services Administrations
  • Monitor projects execution monthly
  • Submit periodic reports about obstacles faced while executing projects and provide solutions
